Individual counselling at Seed to Self Counselling is tailored to support your mental and emotional well-being. My approach focuses on understanding your unique needs and offering compassionate, effective guidance in a space that feels safe and supportive.

Sessions are currently offered virtually and over the phone, allowing you to access counselling from a place that feels comfortable and right for you.

Cancellation Policy

I understand life happens and I will always consider extenuating circumstances. 

With respect & where possible, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

 

  • First missed session: no charge

  • After that: 50% session fee applies

Fees & Sliding Scale

Session Fees & Payment

Individual counselling sessions (60 minutes): $130 CAD

Payment is accepted by credit card or e-transfer.
Direct billing and approval may be available with select insurance providers.

Paying the full session fee helps support the practice and allows me to offer a limited number of reduced-cost spaces for clients who need them. I’m grateful for your role in helping make counselling more accessible within the community.


Sliding Scale Options

Affordability matters, and accessibility is an important part of my work. A limited number of sliding scale spaces are available and discussed on an individual basis. Fees are determined collaboratively, with care taken to find a rate that feels manageable for you while remaining sustainable for the practice. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to reach out to explore your options.

My individual counselling sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life challenges at your own pace. Sessions are tailored to your needs and can be in-person, over the phone, or online, whichever feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to listen, support, and gently guide you. Together, we will focus on building self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change in a way that feels authentic and manageable.

What to expect...

My hope is that clients leave counselling feeling seen, heard, and understood, with a greater sense of clarity, self-compassion, and inner strength. Ultimately, the goal is to help each person move toward personal growth, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves, at a pace that feels right for them.

Sessions:

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs. Depending on what feels helpful, counselling may include:

  • Open conversation and reflection

  • Mindfulness and gentle body-based (somatic) practices

  • Psycho-education and simple worksheets

  • Exploring strengths, values, and self-care

  • Compassion-focused strategies to support self-kindness

Between sessions, you’re encouraged to reflect on what we’ve explored and bring any insights forward. My role is to guide and support you, while empowering you to take the lead in your healing and growth.
